To wrap up our week of favorites, we wanted to share a few of our favorite baby toys or seats. The reality is, you’ve got to have somewhere safe to put your baby down while you get other things done! It is ok to not hold them all the time or grab 5 minutes to get a shower!

There are so many different options out there for baby seats and toys, we couldn’t possibly cover them all. We did, however, want to share a few things that our own families have loved!

• Boppy Lounger - this is not for unsupervised sleeping! But is a great place to let baby rest while you are nearby and need get other things done.

• Baby Bjorn bouncer - my favorite bouncy seat! It folds flat which is great for storage or travel and is easy for baby to bounce with just a little wiggle. You can add a toy bar on to give them something to play with.

• Teethers - make sure you have a few of these ready for when their teeth start to make an appearance! This teething egg is beloved by babies and easy to hold!

• Baby Carrier - maybe we should have started the list with one of these! You are definitely going to want to be able to hold baby hands free and it’s the only way I can get grocery shopping done. There are tons of options for different styles so choose what feels best to you!

  • Ergo 360 - a classic carrier, has some structure to it and can be worn forward or backwards.

  • Solly Baby Wrap - A wrap like this is so snuggly for those newborn days! This one is my favorite and saved me when Wade was born.
