• 1 hour phone call to discuss how to establish strong, positive sleep habits including sleeping longer at night, lengthening naps, and falling asleep independently.

• 2 weeks unlimited texting and email with your sleep coach to address questions -as they arise. Will respond within 24 hours.

• Custom Sleep Plan, fully personalized to your baby, to give you a framework for teaching them when and how to sleep, along with coaching tips for all aspects of the plan.

• 1 year subscription to our Sleep Baby Insiders membership program.

• Great for parents who want support and coaching as they implement a full sleep plan to guide their children to establish healthy sleep habits for day and night and want a written plan to take any extra stress off them!

• Designed for all babies under 1 year and toddlers who are not yet putting themselves to sleep independently.

• While we respect every family’s personal sleep decisions, by purchasing a consultation with Sleep Baby, you’re agreeing to move your baby to their own safe sleep space if you are currently co-sleeping and discontinue any bed sharing.

• By submitting payment you are agreeing to Sleep Baby’s Service Contract as outlined here.

• We value your child and your family’s wants and needs. We will do our very best to minimize any crying during your consulting experience however, we cannot guarantee zero tears during the process.
